A Letter from the team

 

Dear Cooks, Foragers, Preservers, and Bee Keepers, 

 

Its with great sadness that we must announce that Colstoun Cookery School is no more. 

 

Following the sudden and unexpected departure of our Head Chef and School Manager we were forced to take some time out from running our great courses. 

 

We really hoped that we would be able to fill the gap and relaunch this spring, but alas it was not to be.

 

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 7 amazing years with you all, and to have had such fun teaching so many people so many things. 

 

We really hope that you guys carry on with the fun.
